Meet the Principal

From the Principal

I am thrilled to be joining the Centennial School District. I have been in education for 26 years serving as a classroom teacher, Literacy Specialist,  Instructional Coach/Dean of Students and Principal.  I am a teacher at heart and have learned my passion is to support educators in their journey to ultimately impact student growth and development. 

As a leader, I am passionate about student learning and believe successful school communities are built on positive, collaborative relationships among staff, students, families, and the community. I am committed to creating a positive school culture and climate and empowering all stakeholders. Our families are important to us, and we love to hear from you.  I encourage you to keep in touch with your child’s teachers and myself as we value your feedback and ideas.

My husband Jeff and I have been married for 19 years and have two boys- Tyler, a senior in high school and Caden, a sophomore in high school. We thoroughly enjoy watching them both play baseball, hockey and golf. In our free time together we enjoy going to watch Twins and Wild games, golfing together, going out to dinner and weekends at our cabin. 

I am excited about getting to know each staff member, student, and family better throughout this school year, as I believe in the power of relationships and connections. Together in partnership, I am confident we can make this year AMAZING!!!
